Sweet chicken with dried fruits

Ingredients:
1kg chicken thighs
1 large onion, sliced
1 garlic head, cut to half
1/2 cup red wine (whatever is available at home)
50 grams dried apricots
100 grams prunes without the stones
50 grams raisins
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Salt and black pepper
Salt to taste
Preparation:

  1. Place all the ingredients the roasting bag, seal it tightly, and gently shake to mix.
  2. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius, place the bag in the oven, and bake for about 20 minutes. Reduce the temperature to 170 degrees Celsius and bake for another 25 minutes.
  3. open the bag, put the contant in a pan and roast for additional 15 min.
