2 minutes Sweet Filled Rolls Cookies (with store bought shortcrust dough)

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet of sweet shortcuts dough (or Gluten Free Shortcuts Dough)

Filling:

Choose one of the following options:

  • Nutella
  • Date spread (https://amzn.to/3x5dBiP) with almond butter
  • Hazelnut spread
  • Date spread with tahini
  • Pistachio cream

For Decoration:

  • Icing sugar

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Roll out the sweet shortcuts dough on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Spread your chosen filling (Nutella, Date spread with almond butter, Hazelnut spread, or Date spread with tahini) evenly over the entire surface of the dough.
  4. Starting from the bottom, roll the dough upwards into a log.
  5. Cut the rolled dough into circles approximately 2 cm wide.
  6. Place the cut circles on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the rolls are golden brown.
  8. Allow the baked rolls to cool.
  9. Sprinkle the cooled rolls with icing sugar for decoration.
