Ingredients:
• 1 large carrot (~60 g), peeled and chopped
• 100 g frozen mango
• ½ banana (~50 g)
• 100 ml cottage cheese
• 15gr vanita protein powder
• 120 ml cold water
• ⅛ tsp turmeric
• ⅛ tsp ground clove (optional)
• ½ tsp cinnamon
• Ice cubes
Instructions:
1. Chop the carrot into small pieces for easier blending.
2. In a blender, combine carrot, frozen mango, banana, protein yogurt, cold water, turmeric, clove, and cinnamon.
3. Add ice cubes and blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
4. Taste and adjust consistency if needed by adding more water.
5. Pour into a glass and enjoy your spiced, refreshing, and protein-packed shake!
